they dont shoot compounds cause they only shoot recurve in the olympics

only a stabilizer, clicker and sight is used. Its 3x easier with a compound/The only other equipment allowed is a rest and plunger You have a Traditional HUNTING recurve.. this is a modern target recurve. totally different discipline. Their targets are less than 6 and a half inch at 70 meters away. Your target will usually be under 25 yards.

I use a compound and a trigger release but they probably use recurves maybe because they get more power control, instead of it being set like a compound. Also, you hunt? Man I wish I did... do you go to a hunting range or what? What's your distance and what kinda arrows you use?
